Meditate right now - Psychic Sundays

Whenever I get a client who walks through my door who is stressed out or in a particularly difficult situation the first thing I always ask is "Have you meditated?" and I can tell you truthfully that I have never had someone say yes. It is something that should be part of everyone's daily routine, just 5 minutes to breathe and really roots you down. Which is why right this second as you are reading this I would like you to take 5 minutes to breathe and meditate.
